Massel’s Marine have been awarded Mercury Marine’s CSI award for our efforts in 2024! Thank you to all of our satisfied customers that made this possible.
Massel’s Marine - in New Hamburg, ON has been recognized as a Mercury CSI Award Winner.
Mercury Marine’s Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Program is one of the most prestigious recognitions in the marine industry. This program represents consumer satisfaction after having service work done on their Mercury outboard at a Dealership. Dealers must consistently achieve a CSI score of higher than 94 out of possible 100 over 12 consecutive months to qualify for the award. These surveys measure customers’ overall satisfaction with a dealership’s service and assess the likelihood of their returning for future services. Massel’s Marine achieved this milestone by providing excellent customer service based on the responses of customers who had warranty work performed during the past year.
Massel’s Marine is one of 312 dealers across North America who qualified for this reward, and there are approximately 4,300 dealers in the United States and Canada. This acknowledgement solidifies our position as one of the most trusted Mercury dealerships in Southern Ontario.
